POLICIES

Scheduling:

Your appointment is very important to our team at Total Skin. This time is specifically reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. 

Clients have 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or if a client no-shows their card on file will be charged 100% of the service price or if the appointment is a part of a package/contract it will be deducted from your account.

As a courtesy to you, an appointment reminder via text or email will be sent electronically approximately 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, where you have the following options:

      - confirm your appointment

      - cancel  your appointment

      - call the offices at 701-757-3376 to reschedule.  

 

All appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A credit card hold transaction may be made on your card to reserve the appointment time. Your credit card information will be securely kept with full encryption.

Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis. You may request not to be charged a cancellation fee in writing within 7 days if you feel such action is warranted. Management will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis, where you will be notified within 7 days of the request.

 

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, unforeseen incidences, or weather which requires you or us to cancel during regular business hours we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will be applied. 

Arrival:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment, so you will have plenty of time to unwind and do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient's appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply. 

Product or Service Return:

All products, treatments, and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.  Prepaid treatments and packages will never expire, unless otherwise noted.  

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates will never expire. 

Referrals:

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you could give us! To show our appreciation, if the patient you refer purchases a treatment, you will receive a $50 credit to be used towards Botox. It's our special way of saying thank you for spreading the love!
