Total Skin is always trying our best to accommodate clients fast-paced, busy lifestyles, therefore appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays or during the Fall/Winter seasons. Please note that upon scheduling your appointments, you will be asked to provider a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy. 

A Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept in your history file. 

We do off one free 30 minute consultation as a courtesy to all clients. Should you decide to schedule another consultation in the future (with a different provider, or to discuss different treatments for instance), the stand consultation fee of $50 will apply.

If you arrive for a schedule treatment appointment to decide not to receive any services or cannot receive a service due to not following pre-treatment instructions provided by your provider, there will be a minimum charge of $50 of more, depending on services and amount of time scheduled, as this is considered a cancellation. 

Appointment Reminder:

As a courtesy to our clients, we will send you a text message reminder 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you chose not to provide us with your cell phone number, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Should the reminder system fail for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy. 


Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment, so you will have plenty of time to unwind and do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient's appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply. 

Cancellation or No Show:

Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 36 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 36 hours' notice, your credit card on file will be charged the cancellation fee. If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing notification, the service will be considered rendered and you will either be charged the full amount of the service or the cancellation fee, whichever is greater. Appointments scheduled for Monday must be cancelled/rescheduled by 3pm on Friday in order to avoid cancellation fees.

Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform some or all of your treatment, the full amount of the service or the cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will be charged to your credit card. 

The cancellation fee for B12 injections are $15. The cancellation fee for all other services is $50.

If a client books multiple services in one appointment session, and a longer appointment time is required (2 hours or more) to perform services, a non-refundable deposit of $250 will be required at the time of booking, and a 36 hour cancellation policy will apply. If a client needs to reschedule and contacts our office prior to the 36 hour window, the deposit will be secured as a credit until you are ready to reschedule. If client no-shows or cancels with less than the required 36 hour notice, the deposit will be lost. 

Product or Service Return:

All products, treatments, and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.  Prepaid treatments and packages will never expire. 

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash an cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates will never expire. 


Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you could give us! To show our appreciation, if the patient you refer purchases a treatment, you will receive a $50 credit to be used towards Botox. It's our special way of saying thank you for spreading the love!
