Stephanie Kaiser

FNP-BC

Stephanie Kaiser, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients feel their best—not just “okay.” She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Dakota State University and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Dakota. Stephanie is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

With a strong foundation in traditional medicine and years of experience in vascular care, Stephanie spent much of her early career treating complex and often severe disease states. While this work was deeply rewarding, she began to notice a recurring pattern: many patients continued to struggle with lingering symptoms and reduced quality of life even after their acute medical issues were resolved. This insight sparked her passion for functional medicine and a root-cause approach to care.

Today, Stephanie specializes in functional medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and medical weight loss, blending evidence-based medicine with personalized treatment plans to support long-term health, vitality, and overall well-being. She is especially driven by helping patients break cycles of chronic symptoms and achieve sustainable, meaningful improvements in how they look and feel.

Stephanie’s favorite treatment to perform is wound care, and her current skincare obsession is microneedling. She loves ZO Skin Firming Serum for the way it makes her skin look and feel, and she consistently reminds patients that daily use of a high-quality sunscreen is one of the most impactful skincare habits they can adopt.

Outside of work, Stephanie prioritizes self-care by carving out quiet time each morning to get grounded before the day begins. She enjoys being outdoors as much as possible—spending summers at the lake or golfing—and winters cheering on her boys at hockey games. Friends and family would describe her as optimistic, and while she enjoys golf as a hobby, she’s quick to say she’s still working on turning it into a true talent.
